1.1. These terms and conditions for purchasing, payment, service provision, changes, contract, and service cancellation (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) apply when you purchase goods or services on the website www.psychodemia.lt (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

1.2. The following individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) are entitled to purchase on this Website:

  • A legally capable natural person;
  • A minor between sixteen and eighteen years of age;
  • A legal entity.

1.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their agreement with these Rules.

1.4. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart, selected a payment method, and reviewed the Rules, clicks the “Buy” button.

2. Protection of Personal Data

2.1. When ordering services on the Website, the Buyer must provide the requested information: name, surname, address, and email.

2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information during the purchase process.

2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data may be processed for order execution purposes. The Buyer also agrees to receive informational notifications necessary for order fulfillment.

2.4. The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only with the Buyer’s explicit consent.

2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except as required by law or with the Buyer’s written consent.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Buyer agrees to pay the agreed amount for the ordered services and to accept them.

3.2. The Buyer must provide complete and accurate information in the payment form. If inaccurate or misleading information is provided, the Website has the right to cancel the registration and delete the data.

3.3. If the Buyer’s details change, the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately.

3.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with the Service Cancellation Rules.

3.5. By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer agrees to comply with these Rules and applicable legal requirements.

4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure proper conditions for the Buyer to use the Website’s services.

4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the Website’s security or fails to fulfill their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or cancel the Buyer’s access.

4.3. The Seller respects the Buyer’s right to privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties.

4.4. The Seller undertakes to provide the services ordered by the Buyer.

4.5. The Seller may cancel the service at any time and will refund payments for undelivered services within 14 business days.

4.6. The Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the Website’s operation without prior notice.

4.7. The Seller may unilaterally change these Rules.

4.8. If the Buyer continues using the Website after changes, it is considered that they agree with the updated Rules.

4.9. The Seller undertakes to comply with these Rules and applicable legal requirements.

5. Ordering Services, Prices, Payment Methods, and Terms

5.1. The Buyer can purchase online 24/7.

5.2. Orders are accepted via the Website or by calling the provided contact number.

5.3. The Buyer must complete the payment within five (5) calendar days of order confirmation. Services are provided only after payment is received.

5.4. Available payment methods will be indicated during the order process.

5.5. If the Buyer does not complete payment within five (5) calendar days, the order will be canceled.

6. Service Provision

6.1. The Seller will specify the exact location of service provision.

6.2. The Buyer must use the service personally or ensure that the designated person attends at the specified time.

6.3. If the Buyer or designated person fails to attend, the Buyer must pay a penalty equal to the service price, which is considered pre-agreed damages.

6.4. The Seller is not responsible for service issues caused by the Buyer or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

7. Service Cancellation Rules

7.1. The Buyer may cancel a service order by notifying the Seller at least three (3) business days before the scheduled service date. This does not apply if the service has already been fully provided.

7.2. The 14-day cancellation period starts from the date of contract conclusion.

7.3. If the Buyer cancels the service contract, the Seller must refund all payments within 14 days.

7.4. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

8. Delivery Conditions

8.1. Delivery conditions are not applicable, as information is provided to the Buyer via email.

9. Marketing and Information

9.1. The Seller may offer promotions and special deals on the Website.

9.2. The Seller has the right to modify or cancel promotions without prior notice.

9.3. Notifications will be sent to the Buyer’s provided email address.

9.4. The Buyer can send inquiries using the contact information on the Website.

9.5. The Seller is not responsible for failed notifications due to email service disruptions, spam filtering, or incorrect details provided by the Buyer.

9.6. The Buyer’s data may be used for marketing only with their consent.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, they will be handled according to Lithuanian law.
