Individual therapy
Individual counseling is an in-person individual session with a psychologist or psychotherapist. A long-term process during which the mechanisms of human behavior change. Bi- weekly sessions are suggested once the patient have made the progress in therapy. Bi-weekly sessions still provide regular support while allowing for more flexibility.

I am an accredited psychologist experienced in individual therapy, couples therapy, depression, trauma and anxiety therapy for more than 8 years. Studing gestalt psychotherapy gives me an opportinity to use „here and now“ techniques in the treatment.
