Professional Burnout and How to Manage It

Burnout is a state of emotional and physical exhaustion, when energy and motivation are depleted. It develops gradually – we get tired, lose focus, sleep poorly, and eventually feel drained. Recognizing early signs helps prevent serious consequences.

We’ll discuss what causes burnout, which habits contribute to it, and how work conditions affect our well-being. Participants will learn to identify early symptoms, understand the role of rest, and try simple stress-reduction techniques.

You will learn:

  • The main warning signs of burnout.
  • Why we sometimes push ourselves too far.
  • How work relationships affect well-being.
  • How to support yourself and others.
  • Daily habits to prevent burnout.
  • How to balance work, rest, and personal time.
